Kate Now- I think the space people inhabit is as important as the personality we attempt to capture.I aim to portray the people I photograph in a space that they are happy to exist in. Adolescence creates an interesting and ethereal space. A time thats been and a time to come. This portrait comes from a series where I attempt to capture the adolescent in that fleeting moment, which is almost intangible and ghostly. A momentary and almost magical presence which hangs on an instant and is gone in a breath.
