mounting information

Exhibitors should (preferably) supply their exhibition quality prints on  PAPER size of 20x16 inches.

Your prints must be attached to an IVORY coloured WINDOW mount/matt measuring EXACTLY 50x60 cm with your name marked clearly on the back of the mount. If you are exhibiting a series please mark the order in which you would like them hung.

The size of the window  aperture within the 50x60 cm is up to you.

We would prefer you not to dry mount your prints - just have them taped at the top and perhaps the bottom. The mounting board (+ backing sheet should you use it) must not exceed  a combined thickness of 3mm MAXIMUM.

Ivory coloured means a slightly worm white as shown in the photograph above.

We will supply the frame but it is important that the mount/matt is exactly 50x60 cm.
