ABOUT WORK

Since the late 1990's my art practice has been situated within a discourse of feminist and critical theory. My work addresses presumed social norms of gender, aesthetics of beauty, relationships and universalized narratives. Through photography and video, I explore these topics utilizing various approaches such as fashion, personal narrative, portraiture, and performance.
