CAREER

I spent over 10 years working as a location scout for other photographers and film directors. Through this I was out taking photos almost every day. These shots were essentially just reference shots of locations but I always made sure that my locations were shot with an eye which I hope gave inspiration as well as information to the photographer or director for whom I was working. With very varied briefs and clients with hugely varying styles I was exposed to many different influences in my photography and to a certain extent I adapted the style of my daily work to reflect the brief. I always worked on my own portfolio alongside the location work and slowly my own style emerged from this visual melting pot. I continue work as a scout alongside photographic commissions and my own personal work.
