	Commended bowden,garth Garth's present work concentrates on the figure as subject. The pleasure with working from the body is that it is a subject both familiar and mundane, yet also a thing of great beauty and mystery. Through painting, photography and a combination of the two, Garth explores these divergent and convergent perspectives.

	Commended pedroletti,alice This work is called “SENZA” (in English means “without”) and the man is called Morgan. He is a famous Italian song-writer. In the 90’s he was the singer of a pop band called Bluvertigo. Then he took the solo carrier and became an icon. He met Asia Argento, actress and daughter of Dario Argento, few years ago. They became famous for a strong-love-story full of passion, love and problems. When I shoot these portraits he was very thin, too much for a man. He was “sick of love, sick of drugs, sick of art”, too much full of her I think. He told me never thin again. He’s still “sick”, less thin maybe…. I know what he said. I’m always looking for something similar to me when I shoot…. In the places, in the people. Can be the character, the ideas, the feelings that a place or someone as….maybe just a common deep unease. When I love I can’t eat, I can’t sleep, I can’t be me. My body is not my body. Like for Morgan I think. If you suffer, if you miss, if you are not you your naked body is just something too much heavy to hold and carry.

	Finalist Dougier,Estelle This series of polaroid entitled "Lady Blues" takes place out of time, in a poetic and feminine universe full of silence and loneliness. The suggested movements, the soft focus, the underexposure helps to create an intermit and sensual blue atmosphere close to the one of dreams. The viewer can then leave free rein to his/her imagination.
